Cara Sona is a model of how I want my business to be. I have Gaelic ancestry and wanted to incorporate those aspects into my business name. Cara has the meaning of friend and our connection to one another. Sona meaning is happiness and may fortune smile.

I have been helping people since I was twelve. My mother was a Massage Therapist and she taught me a lot of what I know. Massage therapy has always been a part of who I am and always will be. I truly enjoy helping people overcome muscle issues and pain, so they can enjoy their lives again. Make a commitment to a healthier you. I grew up in the Sunset community in Northern Pickens County, SC. I went to Pickens High and Greenville Technical College. I am a LMBT, license number 6561. I previously worked at Clemson University and Pickens Family Chiropractic. I enjoy the great outdoors. Pickens County is a beautiful place to live and work. 

Mission: 
 As a part of the complementary healthcare field, I want to help each client as a whole person. Massage is the manipulation of soft tissues. Relaxing your tight muscles helps them return to the state of homeostasis. I believe we should all love one another and that each person we encounter has an impact in our lives. I want everyone to be pain and stress free as much as possible. God gave me a wonderful gift to share with his world, let me share it with you.
